The gift stack is not showing on the product page
The block is added but nothing renders. Usually placement, template, or no live session.
The block is in your theme but the product page shows no gift stack.
It only renders when there is a live game session
This is the intended behaviour and the most common confusion. The block is invisible on a normal product-page visit. It appears when the shopper arrives from a completed game. Open your game URL, flip all the cards, and look at the destination page.
This is a feature, not a limitation, and it is worth understanding properly: The gift stack is invisible to everyone who didn’t play.
It is on a template the product does not use
Themes support multiple product templates. Confirm which template your destination product uses in Shopify, then add the block to that template in the theme editor.
It was added to the wrong theme
The theme editor edits whichever theme you opened. If you added the block to a duplicate or a draft theme, publish that theme or add the block to the live one.
It is nested inside a hidden section
If the block sits in a section your theme hides on some breakpoints, or inside a collapsed accordion, it renders where it was put. Move it directly under the product form, above the add-to-cart button.
The campaign is paused
A paused campaign redirects the game URL straight to the product page without creating a session, so there is nothing for the block to show. See When a campaign pauses itself.
Your theme does not support app blocks
App blocks need a section-based (Online Store 2.0) theme. Every current Shopify theme qualifies; a heavily customised or very old theme may not. If the app block does not appear in the theme editor’s Add block list at all, that is the cause.
