Every metric defined
Exactly what each number on the dashboard counts, so you can trust them.
Eight numbers. Here is precisely what each one counts.
Plays
Human-qualified views of the game board where the shopper started flipping. Bot traffic is filtered out and never counted.
Completions
Sessions where the shopper flipped every required card and the gifts were granted.
Completion rate
Completions ÷ Plays. How compelling the board is. If this is low, the board is asking for too many flips or the gifts are not worth the effort.
Orders
Orders attributed to a game session. See How orders are attributed for what counts.
Play → order rate
Orders ÷ Plays. The number that tells you whether the funnel earns its place. Compare it against the conversion rate of the ads you used to send straight to the product page.
Attributed revenue
The total subtotal of attributed orders. Subtotal, not grand total, so shipping and tax do not inflate it.
Gift value given
What the gifts cost you across attributed orders: the value of free products and the discounts applied.
Revenue per $1 of gifts
Attributed revenue ÷ gift value given. This is the one that decides whether to keep running. If you gave away $400 of gifts and made $18,000, that is $45 per dollar. If it is close to $1, the funnel is moving money from one pocket to the other.
The window
The dashboard has a range selector: 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, all time. How far back you can look depends on your plan; see What each plan includes.
