What happens at 300 impressions

The game pauses, your ads keep converting, and nothing breaks. Exactly what a shopper sees.

When a free-plan store passes 300 impressions in a month, the game page stops rendering.

What the shopper sees

They are sent straight to your destination product page. No error, no broken layout, no “come back later”. Just the product page, as if the ad had pointed there directly.

Why it works this way

Your ad spend is live. A dark page on a running campaign is the most expensive possible failure, so the app degrades to the thing that still converts rather than showing an error.

You lose the mechanic. You do not lose the traffic.

What you see

The dashboard shows you are over the cap. You will also get a service email as the allowance fills up, so you are not finding out from a drop in conversion rate.

Getting it back

Two ways:

  1. Upgrade. Every paid plan is unlimited and the game resumes within a minute of the plan syncing.
  2. Wait. The counter resets on the first of the month, UTC, and the game resumes on its own.

The badge stays

On the free plan, the badge is present on the game page whenever it renders.
