Publish failed: no gifts configured
A board with nothing behind the cards cannot go live.
The campaign has no gifts. There is nothing for the cards to reveal.
Fix
Open the campaign, go to Gifts, and add at least one. Free product, free shipping, percentage off, amount off, or amount off shipping. See The five prize types.
Related surprises
“I added gifts and still get this.” The gift list saves with the campaign. If you added gifts and navigated away without saving, they are gone. Save, then publish.
“I added three and only one shows.” Your plan’s gift limit is applied at publish time. The board reveals as many gifts as your plan allows and the extras are ignored, rather than the publish failing. Free allows one, Standard three, Pro and Scale unlimited.
How many cards
The number of cards follows the number of gifts that will actually be granted, minimum one. Add a second gift and the board grows a second card automatically.
