Emails we send you

Every email the app can send, why it fires, and what you can turn off.

Emails go to your store’s notification address, read from Shopify. We never email your shoppers.

There are two kinds. Service emails are about your own account and continue while the app is installed. Tips carry an unsubscribe link and stop the moment you use it.

Service emails

EmailWhen
Your game paused at 300 impressionsThe free plan’s monthly allowance is used up and boards have stopped rendering
n of 300 impressions usedThe allowance is filling up, sent before you hit it
[Campaign] was pausedA live campaign stopped being publishable and traffic is now parked
A gift in [campaign] is unavailableA gift product went out of stock, draft or archived
Traffic is still hitting a paused gameA paused campaign is receiving real traffic, so ad spend is landing on a parked URL
Your plan changed to [plan]A subscription change went through, with what changed

Each of these is a thing you would want to know within the hour, because ad spend is running against it. They are sent once per episode, not repeatedly.

Tips

EmailWhen
Flip to Win is installedRight after install, with the three steps to a live board
Your game board isn’t live yetInstalled two days ago, nothing published yet
Your game has had no views yetA campaign has been live three days with no plays
Your first order from the gameThe first attributed order lands

Every one of these has Unsubscribe in the footer. Using it stops all four immediately and permanently, and does not affect service emails.

Changing the address

It follows your Shopify store’s notification email. Change it in Settings → General in Shopify and the app picks it up.

Nothing arriving

Check spam, and check that the notification address in Shopify is one you actually read. Store owners often have it pointing at an address nobody monitors.

Still stuck?

Email support@fliptowin.app with your store domain and the game URL you're testing. Every plan gets an answer from someone who has read the code.
